01. The service
Qabiltu helps Muslim families and eligible adults discover matrimonial profiles, express interest, and communicate towards marriage. It is an introduction service, not a marriage registrar, religious authority, background-investigation agency, or guarantee of a successful match.
02. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18, meet the legal age and other requirements for marriage applicable to you, and have authority to use the service. A parent or guardian must have the adult candidate’s informed permission to create and manage their profile. Do not create profiles for minors, impersonate another person, or continue managing a profile after consent has been withdrawn.
03. Truthful profiles
Provide accurate, current information about identity, age, marital status, education, occupation, and family circumstances. Upload only material you have permission to use. Correct important changes promptly.
A review or verification label reflects available checks and does not guarantee every statement is true. Families remain responsible for independent enquiries, appropriate documentation, and their own decisions before committing to a marriage.
04. Respectful use
Use the service for sincere matrimonial purposes. Harassment, threats, sexual content, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, dowry demands, solicitation of money, scraping, and unauthorised advertising are prohibited.
Respect a refusal. Do not pressure a candidate or family to share photographs, documents, phone numbers, or private messages. Do not forward, publish, or reuse another member’s information without permission. Religious differences do not justify abusive behaviour.
05. Accounts and conversations
Keep access to your registered phone and OTPs secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account; notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Family conversations may involve assigned support staff or moderation. The service may restrict or remove content or accounts where misuse or a safety concern is identified. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
06. Plans and payments
Plan prices, duration, and included features are shown on the pricing page. Review the selected plan and the payment-provider order before authorising a charge. Paid access is confirmed through payment verification; an incomplete or failed checkout is not proof of an active subscription.
A plan buys the features described for that plan, not a promised proposal, acceptance, engagement, or marriage. Cancellation and payment concerns are handled under the cancellation and refund policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
07. Availability and third parties
Features and access can be affected by maintenance, network issues, payment providers, and other external services. Contact us if an issue prevents access to a paid feature. External links, including WhatsApp and maps, are operated by third parties.
Do not copy or reuse Qabiltu branding or website content for commercial purposes without permission. You retain rights to content you provide and permit the processing needed to operate the service, subject to your choices and the privacy policy.
08. Ending use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting us. Closing an account and cancelling or requesting a refund for a payment are separate requests.
Contact us with your account details and a clear description of a complaint. Applicable Indian law governs use of this India-based service. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including access to competent consumer forums and courts.
